Customer Support

FON has doubled in size in the last 90 days and our customer care team is swamped with over 4,000 unanswered requests. We are working hard to get through this back log. We will respond to your request but it's going to take us some time. You should be receiving an e-mail with a poll asking what type of difficulty you had. FON and Debitel

Great news for Debitel customers! FON and Debitel are working together to grow the FON WiFi network. Debitel customers with Nokia and other WiFi phones can call and surf for free when they find Fon WiFi. This offer will make it easier for mobile customers to choose Debitel over competitors and will help FON grow its network.

If you live above or next to a Starbucks (or any cafe/coffee shop for that matter!), you are eligible for a free wireless router that will earn you cash from the minute you plug it in.
