Customer Support

FON has doubled in size in the last 90 days and our customer care team is swamped with over 4,000 unanswered requests. We are working hard to get through this back log. We will respond to your request but it's going to take us some time. You should be receiving an e-mail with a poll asking what type of difficulty you had. Please take a minute to answer this as it will help us to post solutions that will benefit the most people. Thank you!
