Shipping updates

We are now shipping routers purchased in the first week of March. All routers prior to that have been shipped already and if you included your email address with your purchase you should have received a tracking confirmation. Thirty orders purchased in the month of February had delivery problems due to bad shipping address. So if you purchased your router before March and have not received a shipping number please contact us at delivery-us@fon.com

I only received a router (and AC Adapter/other accessories) in the package I got on Friday. Was there supposed to be a CD or T-Shirt that came with the router as well?

Is it also possible to join Fon and order a router to Israel? We're practically EU in many respects! :)

I travel quite a bit in europe and it would be great to join FON!

It was nice that you posted this blog entry, along with the email addy to write so we can find out about our order. I did write, and was told that my router would ship no later than 3/17.

It's 3/25 now. No router. No confirmation email. No response to my follow up email (sent both to delivery-us@ and the email addy of he who originally responded).

No confidence in Fon...

I got my router, just that, router and power supply, no other materials at all! Luckly the manuals, etc., are avaliable on-line in PDF. Hope all of the 'bugs' in the system are cleared up soon! Going on-line to start FON'ing shortly!!!
