Confirmed your email address?

If you received a confirmation to purchase your router but you can't log in to the shop it is most likely because you haven't confirmed your email during initial registration. So please confirm your email address from the initial registration first, then you should be able to login to the shop.

My problem was the FON confirmation email ended up in my junk email box.

Well, I never received any mail telling me to confirm registration. I can log on the system and change preferences so I assume the account is active. But id does not allow me to buy the router.

How exactly do I confirm my email address?

I've checked my registration details and there is no mention of confirming email addresses during the process. I've checked the forum and there are plenty of people all struggling to access the shop. You need to suggest a better solution!

could you put the requirment for confirming the email address on the webpage a little more obviously? I didn't realize I needed to confirm until I saw this blog.

Thanks

I never received any request to confirm my e-mail. I've asked for it to be re-sent, but that's not been done yet. So right now, I STILL cannot log into the shop (although I can update my Foneros details - that section seems to know who I am!).

I am having the same problem.

I registered and got an email stating so, but there was NO confirmation link etc..

What now? I see that some folk have registered numerous times but to do that wouldn't I need numerous email addresses? besides, that isn't the problem. The problem is obviously with your website.

Just post a DETAILED solution in an OBVIOUS place and lets get on with this movement!!!

I got an PHP-error telling me that the mail was not send out. So is not able to confirm. I have signed-up again, but would prefer to use the original email address I signed-up with.

Maybe you could add a new feature under "Change your personal information", "re-send confirmation mail" - if the user mail is not confirmed?

Though I have confirmed my mail address, I can't log in to either the shop or my account settings. I can have my password sent to me, but that's about it. Feb. 26, the router purchase deadline, is near!

But I never received the email confirmation. Plus, the web form when I signed up was somehow broken, bouncing me from equipment to personal information and back again. I never completed the registration itself. Now if I try to run through it all again, it tells me that someone already has an account under my email address.

If your sign up and purchase forms are THIS broken, how will the software be?
