FON路由器 (La Fonera) 將於九月推出!
FON的創辦人Martin Varsavsky表示:
" 我們的路由器是一個社區路由器, 提供Wi-Fi無線網絡功能及作為群體的平台. 很多人在談論web 2.0的網站, FON正開始推出首項web 2.0流動數碼產品, 而日後將會有更多. 我相信我們現在所認識的大部份流動數碼產品都將會群體化, 流動電玩將會群體化, 數碼相機將會群體化. "

Dear Fon support,
I have some networking problem of added the Fon router to my network.
1) The Fon router is front of my exiting wire router?
2) I went to keep my exiting PPTP, FTP and http services that server connected with our exiting router.
3) I can config the FON router of port forward function?

If you have an existing wired router, then the FON router can be behind your existing router. Just plug it in to a free LAN port. The FON router will basically be a DHCP client to the wired router and will send out both the private ssid and the public ssid
A newer revision of the FON firmware is likely to have port forwarding functionality
